- In a pan, add milk and turmeric powder and bring to a boil.
- Pour milk into a glass and add honey and black pepper.
- Mix well, and serve hot.

- Milk, 4 tbsp
- Butter, room-temp, 4 tbsp

- Preheat oven to 180C.
- In a bowl, rub flour and butter until breadcrumb consistency.
- Add remaining ingredients and knead until well incorporated.
- Divide dough into balls and form cookies on a lined baking tray.
- Prick biscuits with a fork.
- Bake for 15 min.
- Let cool.

- Sweetened condensed milk, 3 tsp

- Combine all ingredients.
- Refrigerate for 30 min until cold.

- 195g short-grained rice (eg Basmati)
- 591ml coconut milk
- 225g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp cardamom powder
- Pinch of salt
- Oil, for greasing

- Soak rice for 3h.
- Drain rice and add to blender, with sugar, salt, coconut milk, egg and cardamom powder. Blend until smooth.
- Grease a steel bowl with oil.
- Pour batter into bowl, place over a pot of boiling water, cover and cook for 20 min, until the top of the cake is firm when pressed.
