2-Ingredient Flatbread

Adapted from The Kitchn.


Ingredients

  1. Self-raising flour, 192g
  2. Greek yogurt, 306g

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix ingredients until well combined.
  2. Knead dough on a lightly-floured surface for 10 times until smooth.
  3. Divide into 4 balls.
  4. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and let rest for 20min.
  5. Heat a pan on medium-high heat.
  6. Roll out dough on a lightly-floured surface.
  7. Place one piece of dough on the pan and cook until puffed and golden brown, flipping frequently to prevent burning.
  8. Repeat for all flatbreads.
  9. Serve warm.

2-Ingredient American Biscuits

Ingredients

  1. Self-raising flour, 192g
  2. Greek yogurt, 367.5g

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 204C.
  2. In a bowl, mix ingredients until well combined.
  3. Drop the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving spaces between each biscuit.
  4. Bake for 20min until golden brown.
  5. Let cool.

Curd Rice

A simple Indian recipe.

Ingredients

  1. Cooked rice
  2. Yogurt
  3. Salt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine cooked rice, yogurt and salt. Mix well.
