2-Ingredient Flatbread
Ingredients
- Self-raising flour, 192g
- Greek yogurt, 306g
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ingredients until well combined.
- Knead dough on a lightly-floured surface for 10 times until smooth.
- Divide into 4 balls.
- Cover loosely with plastic wrap and let rest for 20min.
- Heat a pan on medium-high heat.
- Roll out dough on a lightly-floured surface.
- Place one piece of dough on the pan and cook until puffed and golden brown, flipping frequently to prevent burning.
- Repeat for all flatbreads.
- Serve warm.
