Ingredients
- Eggs, 3
- Tea, 400ml
- Soy sauce, 60ml
Instructions
- Hard boil the eggs for 10min.
- Allow eggs to cool, then crack the egg shells.
- In a pot, add tea, soy sauce and cracked eggs and simmer for 20min.
- Remove from heat and let cool.
- Transfer eggs and liquid to a container and steep in the refrigerator for at least 4h.
- Heat up the eggs, peel and remove the egg shells, and serve warm.
- Store refrigerated for up to 1 week.
