Cookie Milk

Inspired by Momofuku Milk Bar's Cereal Milk.

Ingredients

  1. 100g baked cookies
  2. 825g milk

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, add milk and cookies. 
  2. Stir vigorously and steep for 1h at room temp.
  3. Strain mixture through fish-mesh sieve, collecting milk in a bowl. 
  4. Store refrigerated for up to 1 week.
