- Bananas

- Cider vinegar, 100ml
Instructions
- In a pot, add sugar and vinegar and bring to a boil over medium heat until sugar dissolves.
- In a jar, add bananas and pickling liquid, ensuring bananas are completely submerged in the liquid.
- Seal the jar and refrigerate. Store refrigerated for 1wk.
