Pickled Bananas

Ingredients

  1. Bananas
  2. Sugar, 100ml
  3. Cider vinegar, 100ml

Instructions

  1. In a pot, add sugar and vinegar and bring to a boil over medium heat until sugar dissolves.
  2. In a jar, add bananas and pickling liquid, ensuring bananas are completely submerged in the liquid.
  3. Seal the jar and refrigerate. Store refrigerated for 1wk.
