Pumpkin Yakult Jam

Ingredients

  1. Pumpkin puree, 150g
  2. Yakult, 100ml
  3. Brown sugar, 1tbsp

Instructions

  1. In a pot, combine pumpkin, yakult and sugar and bring to a boil.
  2. Lower heat and continue stirring for 20min until thickened.
  3. Pour into container and let cool completely before storing in fridge.
