Ingredients
- White button mushrooms, 907g
- Salt, 1tbsp
Instructions
- Slice mushrooms.
- In a bowl, toss mushrooms with salt.
- Transfer mushrooms to a colander lined with a cheesecloth, and set it over a bowl.
- Squeeze mushrooms dry and reserve liquid.
- Store the sauce in the refrigerator for up to 2wks.
