Ingredients
- Water, 1l
- Kombu, 80h
- Dashi, 20ml
- King oyster mushrooms, 500g
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine water, kombu and dashi.
- Halve the mushrooms and add to the saucepan.
- Simmer for 7 min, then remove mushrooms and cool to room temp.
- Cut mushrooms lengthwise into thin slices and pull into pieces.
