Ingredients
- Cabbage leaves, 20
- Water, 50ml
- Sugar, 50g
Instructions
- Blanch cabbage leaves.
- In a pan, add water and sugar. Bring to a boil on high heat.
- When the sugar dissolves, remove from heat.
- Brush both sides of cabbage leaves with sugar syrup.
- Bake the leaves between 2 flat trays at 120C for 45 min until crisp.
