Ingredients
- Baguettes, 5
- Milk, 300ml
- Cream, 100m
- Salt, to taste
Instructions
- Bake bread at 180C for 15 min until dry.
- Break up the bread roughly.
- In a pan, add milk, cream, salt and bread.
- Simmer the mixture until the bread is soft.
- Blend until smooth.
