Ingredients
- Burnt butter, 50ml
- Miso, 150g
- Mirin, 20ml
- Sake, 20ml
- Caster sugar
Instructions
- Spread miso onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and bake at 150C for 15 min until brown.
- In a pan, add mirin, sake and baked miso, and heat gently.
- In a blender, add burnt butter and add in hot miso mixture slowly to emulsify.
- Add sugar to taste.
