Chive Crackers

Ingredients

  1. Flour, 250g
  2. Chives, chopped, 1 bunch
  3. Garlic powder, 1 tsp
  4. Sour cream, 250g
  5. Lemon zest, 1/2 lemon
  6. Salt
  7. Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 160C.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, chives, garlic, lemon zest, salt and pepper.
  3. Add sour cream.
  4. Roll out dough onto a lightly floured surface and cut out rounds.
  5. Place rounds on baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Prick rounds with a fork. 
  7. Bake for 15-20 min until crisp and golden brown.
