Ingredients
- Flour, 250g
- Chives, chopped, 1 bunch
- Garlic powder, 1 tsp
- Sour cream, 250g
- Lemon zest, 1/2 lemon
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 160C.
- In a bowl, mix flour, chives, garlic, lemon zest, salt and pepper.
- Add sour cream.
- Roll out dough onto a lightly floured surface and cut out rounds.
- Place rounds on baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Prick rounds with a fork.
- Bake for 15-20 min until crisp and golden brown.
