Kong Guksu (Korean Cold Soy Milk Noodles)
Adapted from Sous Chef. Serves 2.
Ingredients
- 500ml soy milk
- 200g noodles (traditionally, Korean somyeon are used, but you may use any kind)
- Garnish ingredients (vegetables, sesame seeds, ice cubes)
Instructions
- In a pot, cook the noodles. Once cooked, immediately place in a bowl of ice cold water.
- In a serving bowl, add the noodles and pour in the soy milk.
- Add ice cubes to the soy milk.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and other ingredients (such as julienned cucumber).
