Adapted from Lisa Reimi. Serves 2.
Ingredients
- Tofu, 42.5g
- Soy milk, 79ml
- Lemon juice, 0.5tbsp
- Oats, 1 cup
- Chia, 1tbsp
- Flavour toppings (eg cocoa powder, cinnamon etc)
Instructions
- In a blender, blend tofu, soy milk and lemon juice until liquid.
- To a jar, add oats, chia and flavour toppings if desired. Mix well.
- Add liquid mixture to oat mixture. Mix well.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Mix well.
- Serve with desired toppings.
