Ingredients
- Egg, 1
- Cooked rice, 1 bowl
- Soy sauce, for taste
Instructions
- Separate egg white from egg yolk in two bowls.
- In a bowl, whip egg whites with a mixer until fluffy.
- Cook the rice and transfer to a bowl.
- Pour whipped egg whites onto rice, then add the egg yolk on top.
- Drizzle with soy sauce and serve hot.
