Ingredients
- Hardboiled eggs, 6
- Soy sauce, 1/2 tbsp
- Black tea, 700ml
- 5-spice powder, 1 tbsp
Instructions
- In a pot, add all ingredients and bring to a boil.
- Lower to medium heat and simmer for 10min.
- Remove pot from heat.
- Remove eggs from pot, dry and peel.
- Return eggs to pot and bring to a boil and simmer again for 10min.
- Repeat process 10 times until eggs are shrunken and dark brown.
