Inspired by mitarashi dog.
Ingredients
- Cooked tang yuan
- Pancake mix, 100g
- Milk, 70ml
- Egg, 1
- Oil, for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix pancake mix, milk and egg.
- Coat tang yuan in the batter.
- In a pot, heat oil to 180C.
- Fry tang yuan in oil until crisp and golden brown.
