Fried Tang Yuan

Inspired by mitarashi dog.


Ingredients

  1. Cooked tang yuan
  2. Pancake mix, 100g
  3. Milk, 70ml
  4. Egg, 1
  5. Oil, for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix pancake mix, milk and egg.
  2. Coat tang yuan in the batter.
  3. In a pot, heat oil to 180C.
  4. Fry tang yuan in oil until crisp and golden brown.
