Sesame Pumpkin Kueh

Ingredients

  1. Pumpkin puree, 100g
  2. Glutinuous rice flour, 40g
  3. Plain flour, 40g
  4. Icing sugar, 10g
  5. White sesame seeds
  6. Oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients except sesame seeds and mix well.
  2. Divide into 6 portions and shape into flat round cakes.
  3. Cover with sesame seeds.
  4. In a pan, add oil and heat until hot.
  5. Cook the cakes in the pan on both sides until golden brown.
  6. Serve hot.
