Ingredients
- Soy bean crumb, 100g
- Oil, 2 tbsp
Instructions
- Steam soy bean crumb for 15 min.
- Chop until fine.
- In a pan/wok, heat oil and fry the soy bean crumb until crisp.
- Remove from oil and drain well.
- When cooled and dry, store in an airtight container for up to 1 wk.
