Crispy Soy Bean Crumb

Ingredients

  1. Soy bean crumb, 100g
  2. Oil, 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Steam soy bean crumb for 15 min.
  2. Chop until fine.
  3. In a pan/wok, heat oil and fry the soy bean crumb until crisp.
  4. Remove from oil and drain well.
  5. When cooled and dry, store in an airtight container for up to 1 wk.
