Ingredients
- 60g 72% choc, chopped
- 80g Ovaltine, malt flavour
- 5g or 1 tsp molasses
- 1g or 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 200g glucose/35g or 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 50g sugar
- 110g heavy cream
Instructions
- Follow recipe for fudge sauce, substituting Ovaltine for cocoa powder and adding molasses along with it.
