Gochujang Ketchup

Adapted from Serious Eats. 


Ingredients

  1. Tomato ketchup, 118ml
  2. Gochujang, 2 tbsp
  3. Soy sauce, 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix all ingredients until well combined.
  2. Store in a container in the refrigerator for 2 weeks.
