3-Ingredient Nutella Brownies
Ingredients
- Eggs, 4
- Nutella, 300g
- Salt
Instructions
- Preheat to 177C.
- Line a baking tin with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, crack eggs and add salt.
- Whisk for 5min, until doubled in size, pale and aerated, with a mousse-like consistency.
- Heat Nutella over a bain-marie (or microwave for 1min) until warm and slightly runny.
- Pour melted Nutella into egg mixture while whisking, and mix until combined.
- Pour into baking tin and bake for 18min.
- Leave to cool in tin.
- Once cool, remove and cut into squares.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
