Creme Brulee Bread Rolls

Ingredients
- Bread crusts, 18
- Milk, 50ml
- Fresh cream, 30ml
- Egg, 1
- Granulated sugar
- Vanilla extract, 1/2 tsp
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200C.
- Using a muffin mould, roll bread crusts into spirals and stuff into each muffin mould to create a bread roll.
- Place a square of caramel on top of each bread roll.
- In a bowl, mix milk, fresh cream, egg, vanilla extract and 1.5 tbsp of sugar until well combined.
- Pour mixture into each mould.
- Sprinkle granulated sugar over each bread roll.
- Bake for 20 min until slightly caramelised.
- Cool the bread rolls in the muffin mould and serve.
