Ingredients
- 225g butter
- 480g plain flour
- 100g caster sugar
- 14 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180C.
- Mix butter and sugar.
- Add in flour a little at a time and mix till combined, adding milk if the mixture is too dry.
- Roll out the dough into balls and flatten on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15min.
