Burnt Butter Chips
Adapted from Octaphilosophy by André Chiang.
Ingredients
- Spring roll wrappers, 6
- Burnt butter, 20g
- Maple syrup, 20g
- Ground Szechuan pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Cut each spring roll wrapper into strips to obtain 20 strips.
- Brush each side of the spring roll wrapper with burnt butter and maple syrup.
- Sprinkle a little pepper on 1 side of the strip, and press together with another strip. Repeat with all strips.
- Place the strips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and press another baking sheet on top.
- Bake at 160C for 15 min.
