"Everything Bagel" Vinaigrette
From Try This At Home by Richard Blais. Makes about 1/2 cup.
Ingredients
- 1 tsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp sherry vinegar
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp poppy seeds
- 1/2 tsp sesame seeds
- 1/2 tsp dried onion flakes
- 1/2 tsp chopped fresh oregano or 1/4 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp garlic flakes
- 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- Kosher salt, as needed
- Black pepper, as needed
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk the vinegars, Dijon, poppy and sesame seeds, onion flakes, oregano and garlic until combined.
- Whisking constantly, drizzle in olive oil until emulsified and thickened.
- Season with salt and pepper and whisk again.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 wks.
